I always keep a bag of grapes in the fridge to snack on when I want something sweet, it seems to have eased both my chocolate and wine cravings - it took me an hour and a half to drink a glass of wine last night (I used to drink a bottle in less time than that). I've always got muller light yoghurts too, most are free, but the greek style ones are 1/2 a syn and so worth it! If I have enough syns at the end of the day I'll have a WW cake.

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water as you may be thirsty instead of hungry - that's my biggest problem, I don't have enough water.

I'm really enjoying fruit, not really a yogurt fan but the mullers are tasty. I made carrot, onion, sweetpotato and squash soup yesterday which we finished and i've made veg and rice soup today which is filling if i have a mug full. Hoping it will last for the next couple of days at work.
I never used to drink a drop of water but having done Cambridge I now really enjoy it and a big class staves hunger too.
