I joined on Wednesday, I was doing so well then weekend came ...................... had chinese but was just prawn and oyseter sauce and boiled rice but then OH made a marble cake and ive ate at least half! (was a loaf cake) urgh ill be gutted now at WI :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I am sure you can, check your books and eat lots of superspeed foods, drink plenty of water. More than anything forget today and move on. We all have blips and making sure that we limit them and not let them ruin the week is they key.
