    Non food rewards

I was wondering what everyone uses as their non food rewards? I bought clothes e.g. skinny jeans that I never would have worn before. I also used SW magazine as a wee lift if I was struggling.

Before I would have allowed myself cupcakes etc...

    What do you use?

I have a major problem with rewarding myself with food. My consultant recommended rewarding myself with other things like magazines and nail polishes, but I have started taking it to the extreme with topshop dresses and shoes. Not good for my credit card!

To be fair I usually return most of it

I've started rewarding myself with make up or nice bubble bath. Its amazing how having a little pamper time can boost your mood
