    is doubling up stll free?

    Hi,
    Might sound daft if something is free but I was planning Heinz spagetti for tea and the app says 100g is free but i've only got a 400g tin. Is it still free if I have 200g ish on my toast?

    thank you! I don't seem to have lost any weight and this is my first week, I'm a bit concerned i'm not doing it right so don't want to make avoidable mistakes.
