Eating too much
I'm sure there are oodles of posts on this but i really feel I am eating too much and eating for the sake of it!
Considering my diet and alcohol habits along with my starting weight, I am a bit disappointed the scales haven't moved yet and I know, I know I should wait til first WI day but daily weighing is an old habit. I've done really well following plan (my hubby is doing it too) and we feel we are eating for the sake of it albeit from plan. Last night he looked at my food diary and couldn' believe how much we are eating - its full of fruit and veg and SW recipes with syn - he has put on weight!
We know it will come good and we are going to stick with it, we are very much enjoying so many healthy meals. As a family I think we were all fed up of the week in week out menues of the same dishes. Tonight is going to be the cheesy brocolli i think.

I usually show a gain if I weigh in midweek, and then a loss by WI day.
I haven't eaten as much today and feeling better for it. I made a lot of soup at the weekend and we felt were almost eating hourly just cos it was free! I've upped the amount of water i'm drinking as thats filling and now just trying to keep myself busy.
