    Hungry or not?

    Does anyone ever have trouble with knowing wether ya hungry or not? Or am I just an oddball. I'm never sure wether I'm hungry or just eating out of habit? X

    Start Weight: 16st8lb
    Current Weight: 13st3lb
    Goal Weight: 11st7lb
    Goal Date: Sometime in 2012 i hope!

    Start BMI: 36.3
    Current BMI: 29
    Goal BMI: 25.2


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 3st5lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st10lb
    % Lost 20.26%
    Everyone that's how you get overweight. If you aren't then drink a glass if water rather than eat something. Thirst & hunger are often confused x

    Some people do find it hard to distinguish if they are 'mouth' hungry or 'belly' hungry! If your not sure, have a brew, drink of water or sugar free drink and wait 20 mins, if your still feeling hungry have something to eat! Xx

    I already drink 2-3 litres of water a day I always have since I turned 16 n have 1 can of diet coke a day Maybe a hot choc sometimes I don't drink anything else! Lol x

    How about nibbling on syn free goodies, things that are protein base so you feel full for a good while?
    Chicken drumsticks
    Spring onions rolled up in ham
    Boiled eggs
    Or a good old fruit salad if you need sweetness?
