Converting from calorie counting to SW

Has anyone converted from calorie counting to slimming world? How have you found it if so? It seems strange not measuring certain things x

I've done SW and calorie counting, and flipped between the two a few times. They both work, it's just a matter of preference. I prefer calorie counting at the moment because I really like the MFP app on my iPhone and find this easier (and more flexible than SW cause I work it how many calories I'm allowed weekly and so can go up and down a bit, for eg have some treats on a Friday and pull it back on Sunday etc - whilst remaining within my weekly allowance and therefore still losing weight).

I suppose the only thing I'd say is that if you're doing SW, then do SW. Just do the plan and forget about calories. It works as long as you stop with the free food when you're full, and eat the superfree. Calorie counting and SW at the same time is pretty pointless, in my view, as you might as well just calorie count!

Now calorie counting with MFP. Done every diet under the sun but keep losing and gaining the same 3-4 stone!
