How effective is SW if you have this amount of weight to lose....

I am 5 foot 4 and weight 9 stone 12, so am a normal weight. I feel more comfortable at about 9 stone 3 or 4 however and was wondering if SW worked if you were not overweight and wanted to drop 7lbs? Would you need to curb the free food thing or would you follow the diet the same as anyone else and still expect to see a loss?

Just idly musing this over...

Same i think, unless you find SW isn't working at that weight and i think its crank up the superfree.

Yeah just follow it the same, you stop eating on slimming world when your full, so your appetite should tell you when you've had enough

Make sure you eat enough otherwise you will not loose !
Sounds wired but otherwise you'll go to starving mode!
