hello there all im new to this site iv done all the diets but i love slimming word ,so much so my husband has joined , i was at target but lost my way & rejoined even though i put on 6 & a half pounds i knew i had to rejoin, my husband loves his food so im looking for some great tips & recipes so thanks guys for listening ..

When I started the first thing I did was to convert all my favourite recipes to be SW friendly, that way it didn't feel like a diet!
Best advice is write a weekly menu, only buy ingredients for those meals on the menu, write a weekly food diary.
