    I was anorexic and then bullemic in my teens, and then serious binge eating problems throughout my 20s.

    SW has really helped me get a grip on some of these problems. It hasn't been all plain sailing, and I have had a couple of binges along the way, but weightloss aside, my head is in a much better place. The hardest thing is to just keep going when it gets tough - getting back on after a binge. But if I'd have quit when it got hard I wouldn't be here now

    im hoping thats how it can help me the weights crept on because of bingeing and then i just feel the need to make myself sick but really dont want to be like that now so stay strong however much i lose already feel more positive with the help from you all
