Starting Slimming World At Home Online TODAY

Hi Everyone,

I'm starting today, I lost 2 stone between August and December at home myself but was just kind of doing low carb, plenty of meat and veg, then I gave up ciggerettes after 28 years on the 1st of Dec, and obviously had Christmas and I went to Thailand for 2 weeks, So since then i've put on 6-7 lbs so not bad.

But I really want to do SW I think its def for me and my family, :rolleyes: so will need all the help i can get here, esp with food diary,

Hi there - I re-started online yesterday (had a bit of a grass is greener moment - quite silly of me).

I much prefer online, I don't do classes really and everything I need is online, and if you have any queries people on here are very helpful.
