I thought it would be good for us all to add our own tried and tested 'Top Tips'. Things we have learnt on our journeys...now hold hands, here we go!
1. Thou shalt not weigh oneself inbetween SW weigh ins. Trust me on this. NO GOOD WILL COME OF IT. Step away from the scales. You pay £5 to be weighed, leave it till then.

Lost inspiration? Just follow one of the 7 day meal planners, either online or from one of the magazines. no thought required and the lbs do fall off! It makes you try different things too!
Always write what you have even if its a bad day then u can look back when u been bad and then you can look back at what you have done xxx
