    Help plz green/extra easy

    Hi. So i am following extra easy plan but sometimes i worry that without realising i am actually having a green day and may be jeopardising my weight loss because im not having extra hex's.
    Would really like it if someone could have a look at my food diary - diary of a new mummy-

    E.g today i have had 1x alpen light for breakfast with raspberries strawberrys an ww strawberry yogurt, followed by a banana

    For lunch i had a batchelors tomato an herb pasta with added mushrooms and peppers with a large salad of letuce carrot tomato cucumber an res onion topped with hx cheese

    For tea i am planning on having batchelors chicken rice with added veg and a small breast of chicken.

    Snack later will be extra alpen light for other galf of hexb.

    Am i right in thinking on a green day i can actually have 2 a's and 2b's an i can count chicken as a b?? So really i am loosing out on another a? Thats where i think im going wrong. Please help!! Thanks!!! I have so far lost 7.5lbs in 4weeks, 7pounds left to do. Xx

    On green or red you can either have 1 or 2 HEa - you shuold always have 2 HEb though.

    Basically don't worry - I've done exactly the same and don't think for one minute it's affected losses.

    BTW - yes chicken could be used as HEb on a green day but you're only allowed 71g cooked weight (my 2011 book) so it'd better be a very small chicken breast!
