Right I keep getting stuck on what to eat between meals. I opt for super free food first but can I have free food ie meat or pasta and if so will it stop me losing.

i sometimes have a yogurt and i don't think it's stopped me losing...
January - Week 1 -9.5lbs
February - Week 2,3,4,5 -15lbs![]()
March - Week 6,7,8,9 -11.5lbs
April - Week 10,11,12,13 -12lbs
May - Week 14,15,16,17 -8.5lbs

I always have super free food to snack on if possible, but have also snacked on free food and it hasn't stopped me loosing. It's still free!
