    Question Breakfast and meals out?

    Hey everyone
    I'm a newbie here so hope iv posted in the right place?!
    I did skimming world a few years ago and like the red or green days so sticking with that. I work away for 2 days a week which involves breakfast on the go and lunch and dinner eating out has any one got any ideas which is syn free or low syn??

    I have done thanks. Couldn't find anything about breakfast? I was just wondering if any one knew of breakfast bars etc

    I like the Aldi choc orange cereal bars and you can have 2 as a HexB. I think it's the same with the Alpen Light bars but probably best to check on that one.
