SW diet = low in good cholesterols?

Sainsburys are doing free cholesterol tests, so i had nothing better to do after buying some coconut muller lights.

My cholesterol reading was interesting, in the sense that the big number, the one that is the important one was great, very low, she said it was the lowest she has done so far.

The other number though, the one that represents 'good cholesterols' is supposed to be above 1, whatever 1 is, mine was 0.8.

I wonder if that is a consequence of the eating plan, only eat very lean meats, i only drink skimmed milk, i dont have creams, i eat reduced fat cheese etc.

According to myfitnesspal where i log my food diary i eat maybe 30 grams of fat a day.
Total lost so far 127.5 lbs in 61 weeks.

I suppose that's what syns are for, to get some fat into our diets? And eggs are full of 'good' cholesterol, do you eat plenty of those?

Hi - nuts, olive oil and oily fish are supposed to be good - if you eat all this sort of stuff maybe it's just your own personal chemistry?
