    What is scan bran? And where do you buy it? As in the book you can have this with various foods. Thank you

    Scan bran is a very high fibre crispbread that you can buy from slimming world groups. I believe you can also get it at Holland and Barrett but I'm not sure of this.

    yes, it is available at h&b but cheaper in class. It also has an oat bran variation..

    If you imagine all bran or ryveta with all the taste sucked out of them, then that is scan bran. It is incredibly high in fibre, but exceptionally dry and very unappealing to taste. It does however fill you up, and if you put some cottage cheese, leave to soak for a while, and chop up a few grapes it is acceptable.
