im new to slimming world. I'm gonna take some ryvitas to work for lunch. Thinking of having salad with them, Philadelphia and meat. Are Bernard Matthews turkey slices free and pickled onions? Or just ham slices free?? And also Palma ham and smoked salmon is this free?? Sorry for the million questions. Thanks :)
I love this lunch! BM turkey slices are free yes! Smoked salmon is free but you have to syn Palma ham x

I love ryvitas had them for brekkie with Cream cheese and smoked salmon cucumber and tomato ive got myself a little lunch bag from ryvita website shop i love it very handy
