Hi
I mainly do EE days with a few red and green days thrown in every now and then.
I tend to only snack on superfree foods in between meals no matter which day I am on. I can not get my head around snacking on free foods in between meals.
What do you snack on for the best results on WI day?

how are you finding it? well done as well, it really is harder then you think maintaining isn't it, I don't think I would have managed if I didn't go to group and have to stay within 3lbs
