SW - Low carb - SW
Hi all, has anyone any success stories (or fails) from going from SW to low carb/Atkins and or back to SW?
I was a SWer a long time ago but when I tried it again last year it just didn't work so from Jan I have been doing low carb and have lost a stone but miss SW...I'm scared that if I started eating in the SW way with pasta, HEs that I will put it all back on :-(
On SW, perhaps EE or Green isn't the best for you. Some people don't do well with carbs so they stick to Original days - perhaps worth thinking about or trying.
