Doing slimming world at home...what to buy?

As in, someone's told me to get a food directory, what else should I buy? I've not done slimming world for about 10 years! I see the starter packs being sold on Ebay, are they useful? Any other things people find useful?

    Thanks!

Yea I think you will need some books as a lot has changed
My mum has done slimming world on and off for years! I'm talking well into the early 90s maybe earlier and while she used to be able to have things like stagg chilli for free it's now quite a few syns
I remember her having the tin cupboard full of stagg chilli, meatballs and macaroni cheese but not anymore
Extra Easy is the most popular plan now which is a mix of green and red

See if you can join SW in person, you will then get the latest set of books, an introduction to SW & you can then buy any books, mags that you may want, you can always then do it at home if you want, but it's a lot better to go to the weekly sessions if possible!
