I'm finding it great, I feel so much healthier. My husband says my skin looks glowing and for the first time in forever I've been able to sleep without having a glass of wine! All this AND losing weight!
I'm in, although I was contemplating giving something up but just sticking to the plan would be a good start!

Can I join in please!! I'm back on slimming world again!! I've just been to America for 10 weeks and put on a whole stone!! I enjoyed every pound but I am very disappointed with myself! I am back in work on the 1st of March and cannot get into my uniform so I am going for this 100%. I lost 3lbs this week and I am very focussed!

I'd like to join too please.. I plan to give up all types of fizzy drinks/juices for Lent - and drink just plain water... and would love to be 100% for the whole of Lent.
I would love to so this too - although I have weekends away planned so will find it tough! Will give it a shot anyway![]()

Awesome, I was just looking to see if there was a 100% lent thread before starting one myself. I had decided to do 100% week earlier in the week, then there was nothing I wanted to give up for lent. Tell me I can't have something and 10 minutes later you'll find me face down in said thing. So extending the 100% week into 100% lent seemed the natural progression. I managed the full 31 days of January as 100% so I'm looking forward to lent.
Day one is going well so far!
