    Lent challenge!!! Sticking to plan 100%

    Who's with me? My aim is to stick to plan 100%! If I mess up-then it comes out of my weekly syns so no excuses
    Bring on day 1!!!

    Yes please hutchie! I am giving up chocolate so hopefully this will help me x


    Last time I started at 11 st 6 and left SW when I was 10st 3.5

    I have just rejoined at 11st 9 lb!

    I think it's sticking to the plan so the right amount of Superfree, healthy extras and between 5-15 syns per day how are you finding the plan?


    Last time I started at 11 st 6 and left SW when I was 10st 3.5

    I'm finding it great, I feel so much healthier. My husband says my skin looks glowing and for the first time in forever I've been able to sleep without having a glass of wine! All this AND losing weight!

    Can I join in please!! I'm back on slimming world again!! I've just been to America for 10 weeks and put on a whole stone!! I enjoyed every pound but I am very disappointed with myself! I am back in work on the 1st of March and cannot get into my uniform so I am going for this 100%. I lost 3lbs this week and I am very focussed!
    Come on everyone, we can do this!!

    Awesome, I was just looking to see if there was a 100% lent thread before starting one myself. I had decided to do 100% week earlier in the week, then there was nothing I wanted to give up for lent. Tell me I can't have something and 10 minutes later you'll find me face down in said thing. So extending the 100% week into 100% lent seemed the natural progression. I managed the full 31 days of January as 100% so I'm looking forward to lent.

    Day one is going well so far!
