Basically, what I said in the title. Definitely staying within the allowed 105 but I'm saving five a day so that I can go out at weekends.

If you're still within your 105 syns for the week then you're not flexisynning.
Confused now, what is flexisynning then? Does this mean I'm on plan or not?

I think there is a sticky about flexisynning. Flexisynning is for nights/days out when you know you'll go over your syns. So you allow yourself say 50 syns (which takes you over 105) but realise you'll either STS or gain at next WI. It's a way of allowing yourself that little bit extra but staying in control.
I believe flexi syns is when you know your going out and you plan how many syns you will need. It's syns outside of your normal 15 day allowance. Say your off out for a meal and drinks, you plan out 30 syns for the meal then say 20 for drinks and stick to it.
Then the rest of the week you carry on like normal having 15 syns a day. It's a planned 'off plan' meal if that makes more sense? Hope this helps x
Ah I see! Thankyou.
