    Total Weight Loss: 1st2.5lb

    Starting again!

    Joining SW again tomororw evening, tried on my own (failed), we've tried at work (failed) so class is the only option!! Looking forward to getting back on plan as felt really sluggish lately! If anyone has any tips feel free to share, would also welcome diary advice when I start a diary.
    Lose 1 stone DONE
    Lose 10% (10.5lbs lost - 6.5lbs to go)
    Mini Target 3 stones (10.5lbs lost - 25.5lbs to go)


    Week 1: -5lbs
    Weeks 2-3: +3lbs (school hols totally off plan!!)
    Week 4: -3.5lbs
    Week 5: -5lbs SOTW
    Week 6: -3lbs
    Week 7: -3lbs 1 STONE

    Theres no SW class where I live (not within an hours drive) but got a hold of the books from a friend in another county. I couldnt do it, was all over the place. Signed up online and its made a huge difference. Think you do need the extra info and support.

    It's weird isn't it, nothing ever works for me like going to class every week (and sometimes that doesn't even work!)
