New and Need Help Please! x
Hey there!
I'm a newbie! I bought all the extra easy slimming world books on ebay because the meeting times are no good for me. I have read it and started yesterday. Seems too good to be true! Just need some help and advice just worried I'm not doing it right!! I love wine so going to try and keep most of my syns for the weekend! Here's what I've had today and yesterday...
Sat
Breakfast - Fruit and muller
Snack - banana
Lunch - Leek and Potato soup
Dinner - Beef Casserole
syns - gravy granules + wine + 2xtea
Today
Breakfast - 30g Special K + semi skimmed milk
Snack - orange + Banana
Lunch - Leek and Potato Soup
Dinner - Large Tuna pasta salad (tuna, pasta, onion, sweetcorn, boiled eggs, 2 tbsp salad cream
Syns WINE + salad cream
Is this ok? feel like ive had lots expecially big pasta for tea!
I know its more of a meal plan than a diet but just need reassured! Going to weight myself every Tue at work.
