    Smile New and Need Help Please! x

    Hey there!

    I'm a newbie! I bought all the extra easy slimming world books on ebay because the meeting times are no good for me. I have read it and started yesterday. Seems too good to be true! Just need some help and advice just worried I'm not doing it right!! I love wine so going to try and keep most of my syns for the weekend! Here's what I've had today and yesterday...

    Sat
    Breakfast - Fruit and muller
    Snack - banana
    Lunch - Leek and Potato soup
    Dinner - Beef Casserole

    syns - gravy granules + wine + 2xtea

    Today
    Breakfast - 30g Special K + semi skimmed milk
    Snack - orange + Banana
    Lunch - Leek and Potato Soup
    Dinner - Large Tuna pasta salad (tuna, pasta, onion, sweetcorn, boiled eggs, 2 tbsp salad cream

    Syns WINE + salad cream

    Is this ok? feel like ive had lots expecially big pasta for tea!

    I know its more of a meal plan than a diet but just need reassured! Going to weight myself every Tue at work.

    Special k needs to be synned it is not a healthy extra no fibre in it and that is all special k

    Where is your hex a and hex b choices?

    You get one of each on extra easy
    First goal get back to pre steroid weight 11st 9lbs DONE FINALLY

    Second goal get my Club 10 11st 6lbs

    Third Goa get to target 10st 10lbs which would mean a two stone weight loss

    Nice and simple

    today my special k which i thought was a and my milk b, yesterday was the tinned fruit for breakfast and i had a small amount of milk. Thanks very much for your reply

    In that case you will need to add 6 syns I think for your special k sorry.

    Exercise unlike weight watchers doesn't give you extra syns. It just helps increase weight loss.

    on EE you are recommended that you have one third superfree at each meal to improve your losses and it doesnt look as if you are really doing this - potato, sweetcorn, peas and parsnips are not superfree foods so I would boost the amount of other veggies or fruit you have

    And tbh overall it doesnt look like a lot of food to me - fruit and yoghurt for breakfast with soup for lunch would not fill me up lol, I would be starving but perhaps thats just me.

    Other than that and the things already mentioned it looks like you are on track though

    % Lost 17.98%
    If your milk is your a choice make sure you use your full allowance. If you dont, then it becomes synned, ie semi skimmed milk allowance 250mls. If you dont have it all you have to syn it. Hope this helps. It will all become clear soon. It seems complicated at first but it will all soon become second nature.
