Just wondering how much everyone has lost in a 6 week period? X
I have lost 1 stone 1 lb, due to be weighed tonight - which will be my fifth weight in.
I have a lot to loose though which is why I lost so much- plus sticking to plan.
Hi I have lost 18lbs in 4 weeks Thursday is my next Weigh in, i'm not going to be doing anything extra though i'll just plod along and see what life brings me
Onward & Downward
Month 1 = 18lbs off
Month 2 = 14.5lbs off
Month 3 = 11lbs off
Month 4 = 10.5lbs off
Month 5 = 11lbs

Today was week 6 weigh in. I've lost 7 1/2 lbs. coming off a lot slower than I'd like but at least it's going and not coming lol

I've lost 7lbs in six weeks so slower progress than I would like. I'm thrilled all the same I am enjoying SW however and I'm hoping that means it will be more sustainable eventhough it's slow and steady!I think ANY loss is a good loss and I figure everyone catches up eventually. So for instance you'll have people who lose a first stone or two in a matter of weeks and then plateau while others may just lose a 1lb a week but are consistent. Like I say, every loss is a good lost and should be seen as an achievement!!

Get into the 1's......i.e. 199lbs, (which is 14 st 3 lbs)

I have just had my 6th weigh in tonight and have now lost 1 stone (which I am very happy about it)! Good luck
Wk1 14/01= -3lb
Wk2 21/01= -4lb
Wk3 28/01= -2lb
Wk4 04/02= -1.5lb
Wk5 11/02= STS
Wk6 18/02= -3.5lb
1s1lb for me in 6 weeks - that's really good for me as I usually lose quite slowly.
I'll be watching this thread with interest as last time I lost 1st 2lbs in 6 weeks, but although I'm back on plan from Monday gone, I've a little less to lose as still 6lbs lighter than when I started last time.
One stone would be great, and that weigh in would be Easter Monday itself, thankfully I don't like chocolate so Easter is never a problem for me. Starting the Easter hols a stone down will be a great motivator though.
