Hi Im trying for a 100% week on plan without making major changes that would make me think Im on a diet (if you know what i mean) Ive had chocolate and crisps friday and saturday within my syns but from now til weds i want to keep syns to a minimum and only use them if i really need to. BUT i want to Speed things up so heres the question:which Speed foods do you find you can easily incorporate into your diet?
So far Im only getting 3-5 in a day :-(
Paasata, chillis ANd garlic? Though won't fill you they are super free I think. Over broccoli and green beans As a side dish?
Just a point I noticed, if you don't use your syns then its not a 100% week. Syns are part of the plan!
I use my syns weekly. So on Thursday i only needed 5 then Friday i used 25 last night i used 21. Ill use syns the rest of the week but within the syns left. Whatever is left over will be used for tea and buttery toast on weigh in night ;-)
