My first question is did you attend a class, online or go it alone the first time you lost the weight? If you did it alone you know you can do it so, I'd save the weekly fee each week and put it aside and use it to buy yourself something nice (new outfit, make up etc etc) each time you reach a mini goal. If you went to class or online, then keep doing that.

You might be able to get some classes at your local community school or classes through the council (should be new session soon) a lot cheaper then the gym as you'd be on a student rate. You can take all sorts of exercise classes from yoga, tap dancing, dancing, hula hooping, belly dancing, bum tum thighs I do this one, love it!), aquarobics the list goes on and on. Or you can go out to poundland and rake through their dvd section to pick up the biggest loser dvds and use those.

You can do a lot of slimming world for free (30 day shred on you tube), or cheap dvd or classes. I'd save your money for treats your mum doesn't buy such as chewy delights or special k bars, or anything else that you might want that isn't in the house.
