    Syns and scales

    For those people that have saved up there syns and had more over 1/2 days than a bit a day and you them had weigh in shortly after does it make your loss not as good?

    BMI Information:
    I use weekly syns and my losses Have been 6,4,3, and .5. The week i only lost the half was the week i did it fault lol

    Do you ever carry syns week to week what's left or any left write off and start New sllowance that week? I've got 60 left and only 1 day of the week left.

    BMI Information:
    No i count 105 again day after weigh in. Syns cant be carried week to week, Its use or lose Im afraid. But i would just use all those syns for the sake of it either as in the long run it wont help. I know for me, Im trying to fix binge eating and having 60 syns when Im not hungry and not even craving would send me off the deep end and Its too hard to get back on the wagon. Hope this helps.

    Thanks violet, I'm not eating my 60 today I'll have my small flake and odd ones if my meals need it. Im
    Same as you I'm not swapping one bad habit for another.
