back on the sw plan... what plan as a veggie works better?

Hi all. I've recently come back to slimming world and new in here.

I have previously lost lots of weight on sw green plan. But now coming back I can see most things are geared towards ee, which if you eat meat I can see makes everything easier.

Are there any other vegetarians on here. Which plan have you found works best? Any tips please. X

Do you eat fish? I would say if not defo stick with green as then you can enjoy your extra Healthy Extras, that's why I continue to stick to red/green days as I much prefer my extra HE seems a bit pointless doing EE if you don't eat fish or meat.

I never used to get on with red/green as I'd forget which plan I was doing and invariably scoff loads of bacon on a green day or forget to weigh my pasta on a red day so EE suits me down to the ground. However, if meat was taken out of the equation altogether then I would go green all the time and get the extra HEXs no question. Especially as it seems to work for you.

I am a veggie but even when I wasn't I loved green days as a I am carb fiend. Now I don't even eat fish so green is perfect.
