    Argh I have no idea why I'm so hungry today.

    I've had what I usually have for breakfast + a shredded wheat and my morning snack of an apple and usually that sees me through to 1pm or even 2pm some days but today I'm STARVING!

    Any ideas why??

    You can sometimes still get the symptoms of star week even though you don't get them.... so it could be that.

    If your hungry just eat, as long as its free or superfree you'll be fine I'm having one of those days but on green so its easy enough but a little difficult as the ham in the fridge keeps calling my name haha.... going to grab some boiled eggs in a minute
