the menu on their website has calories on I think, so I'd just use the 20 cals = 1 syn rule
No point thinking bacon's free if I cut the fat off, mushrooms free etc, cos you dont know what fat they are adding
The only thing is the fruit with yoghurt which is free. Everything else is high unless you are prepared to use a lot of syns. By the way for future reference can you post questions about eating out in the eating out sub forum. Your post will be moved there but it saves the mods a lot of hassle x
