Need help with my syns

Hi

I bought a Sainsbury's Be good to yourself Braised beef with Mash this morning to have for my lunch. It says it's 311 kcal but I know this doesn't mean anything on SW EE.
I checked the SW website but I just can't find the syns value online.

I was wondering if any of you might have already had this ready meal and know how many syns it is.

Thank you!!!

As a SW member you can just use the syn calculator online to work out the syns in any product that is not already listed. Just remember to include any free food allowance at the start of the calculations. There are full instructions on how to use the syn calculator on the SW website :)

Hi PatchworkPuss
I tried that, but I really can't get to grips with that calculator...how do i decide what the free food is...is it the beef or the potatoes or even the onions. I get anywhere from 6 to 9 syns depending on what free food I enter
Really sorry that I keep asking "stupid" questions!!!

Trying to get on the sainsburys website so I can check the product for her but it says sorry we'll be back soon lol!
