    well done you I try to go syn free all day so in the evening which is the worst time for me if i do have a few syns usually i dont go over and i try to have cup of homemade soup while im making dinner. dont seam to b able for such big portions then.

    I know the mug shots chicken noodle ones in aldi are free and they are nice so handy for work

    I make a batch of super speed soup a freeze a few portions always handy very filling and really speeds up weight loss
