    eight weeks in and im feelling delighted with myself hope the weight keeps going down i wi on mondays anyone want to weigh in and track with me we could support each other im so afraid im going to fail.

    I weigh in tues mornings but I'll join in supporting I need a buddy. I'm only onto my 2nd week but starting weight 15st
    Week 1 loss was 6.4lb

    I think we all have those moments we we doubt our ability to see it thro' to our goal.. we wouldn't be human otherwise, would we? You have done so well so don't give up... remember...
