I just had a banana sandwich and it was great. I've started eating more bananas since starting SW but only today put one together with my HEXb.
Is there anything you've rediscovered since starting plan?

A Peanut butter & banana sandwich is a great re-fueler if you've done any sort of endurance exercise & can be incorporated into your meal plan for the day as PB is only 4.5 syns per level tbsp!

Still at target! Woo hoo!!
No, didn't know that. As Kerry said its not Pureed or cooked. I don't even mash the banana, I slice it. Takes me longer to eat the banana as part of a sandwich than on its own.
Does it definitely had to be synned? I thought that would be like a third Superfree.
I used to eat a peanut butter and banana bagel every day for breakfast when I lived in America! Those were the days *sigh*

No way would you need to syn a banana in a sandwich if it is just sliced. Maybe if it was mashed, but even then, I wouldn't bother, personally, as it is just one bananaso you're hardly over eating.

As far as Im aware you don't syn a banana in a sandwich!
