I joined SW 2 years agoafter being on ww for 3 yrs I was 10.3 and wanted to lose about a stone. I lost 6lbs and it took me 3 months to lose that. after xmas I put on 4lbs and didn't go back. I rejoined 2 months ago followed the diet to a T and gained a pound. I really want to give it another go im 10.2 now and ww really isnt filing me anymore im always hungry which means I reach for bad food as all my dinner points are gone any advice? ?
