    Question Mug shots

Apologies if this thread has been posted before!
I've heard that mugshots are free on Slimming World but when I try and look for them on syns online it only lists a 52g sachet and it says that it is no syns (I'm on EE). Well, I have a packet mug shot that is 275g - any ideas if this is also syn free?

And if so how does it work on Extra Easy? Do I have to have it with some veg? (Although I did have an apple and a banana this morning :-P)

I did slimming world YEARS ago and am used to red & green days so am finding extra easy a little difficult to get my head around! Any help is much appreciated

Is the 275g the made up weight or the dry sachet?

Not all flavours of mugshot are syn free, which one have you got?

Thanks Supergirl! It says 275g made up as per instructions. Actually, just seen the dried weight is 67g. It's the spicy sweet & sour flavour :-)

Is it part of your meal or just a snack? If it was a snack I prob wouldnt bother with the veg, but for a meal I would def have some veg to bulk it out and make sure you dont get too hungry later on!
