    Hi all

    Newbie here, my name is Andrew and I have been doing slimming world since 7th Jan 2013. Lost 2st 5 1/2lbs so far and quite enjoying it.

    Wow. What a great loss!! I lose so slowly. Pound a week sometimes half. Even though I stick to it 100%. But as long as it comes off hey?! Do you do a food plan for the week? I tend to try 2 different recipes each week to keep it interesting.

    Congrats. on your loss in such a short time, keep the good work up.
    Write a weekly diary of what you eat is a good idea, I still white one every week, good if you have an unexpected weeks problem. I also only buy ingredients for my weekly menu, that way I don't buy "rubbish"!

    Well done with that great loss! I agree with the food diary - i stopped writing one and went off track (totally) and have just started again and am getting back on to plan
