Just starting and not sure
I've got rump steak for dinner tonight, along with JP, then a side of onion, mushroom, courgette and tomato all cooked together with a bit of tomato puree. How do I cook the steak - once I've got rid of all the fat - in order for this to be free?
Also, I'm slightly confused about the whole cooking thing. Living on my own I used to cook pork fillet to make different roast dinner than just chicken all the time. I roasted this in the oven. If I did this removing all the visible fat, how many syns would this be?
