    Food advise

    Hi all,

    i have set myself a little goal to lose 3lb by wi on Thursday.... I have no idea how I'm going to that! Any advise?

    i wanted the 3lb because that would mean I will then be the lightest I've been since I was 19/20.. So it's kind of important to me

    Follow the plan 100% hun. Make sure you have your superfree/free, maybe keep syns to a minimum. Drink lots of water. If you do SW online you could do Success Express for a few days that would help.

    A lot of members at my group do Success Express when they want decent weight losses, have you tried that?
