Hi Guys
I'm Gill, I joined Minimins a while back, but never actually did anything with my account.
I have now updated it, and I'm ready to get cracking.
I'm following SW, I actually have been for a couple of weeks but was not doing very well at all. Long story short, I hadn't quite understood the aspects of it and I'm now restarting with (hopefully) a full understanding of the diet.
I work shifts, so will be wanting to cook a lot of recipes that I can freeze to take into work, and to generally make my life easier after a 12/13 hour day.
I'm aiming to lose 3 stone by my holiday in October - is this even possible ?? I work it out to roughly 1.5lb a week (holiday is in 28 weeks)
I'm hopefully going to pick up lots of hints and tips from you all, if you have any good suggestions for ways to speed up / aid loss, then I'd really appreciate it.
