Anyone follow wheat & dairy free on SW???

I was just wondering if anyone had intolerances & followed SW? I went to class last year & managed to find some wheat free alternatives by myself cause the Consultant didn't have a clue if they existed (they are online on SW site). I had to stop attending classes when my health got worse & now I am pretty much at home every day,not able to go out. I am tempted by joining online but wasn't sure if it would be worth the money if I can't find dairy alternatives too. I don't want to use all my syns up on my alternative food if that makes sense.

If anyone has an experience of following SW without dairy please let me know. Last time I ate a lot of Mullers to snack between meals or to bulk out a wheat free meal but obviously I can't do that now.
