Been at this from Jan... Lost 12.5lbs...but Its been a struggle. I need to easily lose 6 stone but as past month Ive been way off track eating everything is sight. Im a binge eater at the best of times but its way out of control Im bingeing every single day whereas before it may have been 3 or 4 times a month.
Please help me regain strength and motivation. How do I get back on track, i need to lose this weight :-(
