Hey ladies and gents! Some of you may remember me, some of you may not. Anyway, im Sarah, im 29 and im currently 19 weeks pregnant
I lost 4st with SW in the past and then went onto calorie counting. Since being pregnant, I have gained a stone and I just want to carry on eating healthily whilst not gaining too much weight. So, SW seems to be the way forward for me again.
I will be starting up a pregnancy food diary but will need lots of help and encouragement as I am not going to be going to classes, im doing it alone from home.

Lose 1 st 7lbs
Get into the 1's......i.e. 199lbs, (which is 14 st 3 lbs)
Get into the 13 st
Get to 13 st 7lbs
Get into the 12 st
