    Syns Help Please!

    Hiya!

Please can you help, it's a week before payday and we ate from the freezer last night. Found some gorgeous Tuna Simply Bake Tuna in Chilli Butter, it was so nice I'm sure it's not SW friendly, can't find it in the guide but could someone please help and syn it for me so I can assess the damage!?

Tuna Steak so had some 'free food' in, weight was 142g

    Cals per 100g 215
    Fat Per 100g 9g
    Sat Per 100g 4g
    Carb per 100g 5g
    Prot per 100g 28g
    Fibre per 100g 0

Also pre Zumba I had a slive of Tesco Olive Cob, could someone have a look for this as well.

    weight was 50g a slice

    Cals per 100g 255
    Fat Per 100g 4.3g
    Sat Per 100g 0.7g
    Carb per 100g 42.6g
    Prot per 100g 9g
    Fibre per 100g 3.4g

    Thanks loads!

The bread will be 1 syn per 20 calories. Sorry I dont have time to work out the other one at the moment but hopefully someone else can help.
By the way in future can you keep questions about syn values to the syn values sub forum as it saves the mods having to move them xx

Hi! If you post in the Syns subforum in future you might get more of a response. Plus, it is more helpful towards the Mods who spend hours of their days moving threads like this to the right place.

Anyway, using the Syns calculator I worked out the tuna to be 3.5 Syns per portion on Extra Easy.

As the bread contains no free food allowance it will be 1 Syn for every 20 calories, so for a 50g slice it'd be 6.5 Syns.
