Just realised
I normally do extra easy but I just realised that I haven't had meat today, just a few prawns, would this constitute a green day?:
Spaghetti hoops and 2x w/m bread (hexB)
Fruit
Homemade Chinese noodle soup (veg, noodles, chilli, ginger, approx 10 small prawns)
Tonight I'm having quorn burger and veg.
Does this also mean I can double my healthy extras?
Any advice greatly appreciated! :-)

It could still be a green day if you have the prawns as one of your hexb, so you'll get 2 hexa's but only the 1 hexb as the other is used on the prawns :).
If not then syn the prawns and you can have all 4 hex's!
Hope that makes sense!

Ok thanks!
So I think I'll syn the prawns as max 2 syns and use the hex's on cheese! Yummer x

Sound good, not bad in syns at all!
Always good for that extra bit of cheese, yum :)!

Yep!
I think I'll do a bit of research on green and red days. I don't go to group so the Internet is my SW friend :-). I don't mind having the veggie alternative do doing some green days would work well for me.

I'm the same, find it easier from home! This forum has been such a great source of info as well.
Once you get your head around the red / green days it does almost become second nature, it's great :).
