    Hello im a newbie

Hi im sarah im 29 and doing slimming world from home for the millionth time. My weight has gone up and down over the yrs. i think i was about 17/18 stone at my heaviest. 18 months ago after i had my second daughter i weighed 16 st 8. Lost a few stone through bad health ( im diabetic ) but now doing it properly. Im now 13 st 6 lbs. i have no idea of a target weight yet.
Just me and my 2 daughters at home but they hardly ever eat same as me. Ive really got into cooking meals from scratch and enjoy doing it.

    So thats me ?

Hi Sarah and Welcome there are so many SW recipes on here I'm sure with a little trial and error you could get your girls to eat some SW friendly foods, nothing worse than cooking for yourself and different for others!

There are some fab recipes on this site, defo worth a look Recipes | Slimming Eats - Slimming World Recipes

If you are starting out again one thing I would suggest is a food diary, it really keeps you on track keeping note of everything you eat, good luck! Gemma x

    Hi Sarah, and Welcome

Congratulations on your weight loss so far...... looking forward to sharing the rest of your journey with you.

Like you, i like cooking meals from scratch, so would love to share favourite recipes with you?!

Are you doing the extra easy plan? or do you do Red+Green?

I Totally agree with Gemma about doing a food diary though, definately keeps me on track.
if i have 1 or 2 'naughty; things throughout the day, i quite often feel like ive blown it, but once ive written it down in my food diary, its usually that i am still well within my syns
