Thread: pure orange juice

does anyone know if you are still allowed one of asdas own pure orange juice, and also which one it is first time i was at slimming world it was free, lol cant remember which one it is now though its been a while . thanks

As far as I know, no fruit juice is free anymore!
I was told it's to do with taking in more calories in a shorter space of time.
For example, it would take you a lot longer to peel and eat 10 oranges than to drink one glass of orange juice!

if you want one have one, count the calories up for it. fresh orange juice has alot of calories but is good for you. Any slimming club that stops you having anything isnt worth its salt imo.

or do you just mean a freebie, as in no counting? lol

personally i love the little cartons of pineapple juice and i heard they help with weight loss, but cant say thats true. i just like them.
