I was told it's to do with taking in more calories in a shorter space of time. For example, it would take you a lot longer to peel and eat 10 oranges than to drink one glass of orange juice!

Any slimming club that stops you having anything isnt worth its salt imo. or do you just mean a freebie, as in no counting? lol  personally i love the little cartons of pineapple juice and i heard they help with weight loss, but cant say thats true. i just like them.
